Any intentional or unintentional attempts to create a false or unauthorized association with OCOG, IOC, ROC, OTR or the Games; any advertising, promotion, sale, exchange or circulation of goods or services, any commercial identification activity or any other activity by an incorporated or unincorporated entity that involves unauthorized usage of the Olympic marks; or any attempts to mislead the public such as by creating the illusion that the manufacturer of the goods or provider of services is in any way associated with the Games or other events organized by OCOG, IOC, ROC or OTR.
